License & Sales
Artists, producers, engineers, and instrumentalists all work on projects. Whether it's made for a specific or multiple clients, Neoko Music enables the licensing & sale process to be easy, safe, and secure.
Legal documents and payments are processed on platform. As a seller, payouts to your bank account are done on a 2-day rolling basis. Neoko Music takes a percentage of payment licensing fee off of each sale done on the platform. The table below shows the fee structure.
The minimum price of a license that Neoko Music will process is set at $10.00 USD. Buyers will only be able to download files once payment has been completed.

Sellers
To start the process of licensing or selling your work, a project must be created and the audio tracks will be uploaded.
Once all the audio tracks are added, check that all the needed project info has been entered. After ensuring all project info is correct, you may publish the project. A project cannot be changed once published.
Publishing does not make the project public, instead just preventing any changes to the project.
Next, start creating a license/sale by clicking on "Broker" and then follow the steps to select terms of the license or sale.
Buyers
The seller will send you a link to join the license/sale page once the buyer has set the license/sale up.
This license/sale page will show the legal document, terms, tracks, and any other info. Ensure the audio files are correct by listening and reading the legal terms to ensure correctness.
As a buyer you always have the right to listen to every audio track and read the complete license before purchase.
Once both parties confirm the license, you will move to the sale page for payment. The price you see on the payment page is what you will be charged.
When payment is completed, you will have immediate access to download the files, and the agreement goes into effect.
Payment & Downloads
The agreements only go into effect once both parties confirm the document and the payment has been processed.
Once the payment has been processed, both parties will recieve a confirmation email. The buyer will also receive a link to downloads.
